Dwayne has been the lead pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is driven to train the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces on the internet and has been a contributing author to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Change Lives With God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman & Viars).
