A body thought to belong to the local rapper WizDaWizard was discovered in the morning of Friday, March 29, in Hallandale Beach. Police arrived at the residence close to the intersection of Northwest 6th Terrace and 10th Street shortly before 8 a.m. and found the body lying in the street. On multiple occasions, the rapper WizDaWizard is named as the person who was killed. Hallandale Beach Police have not identified the victim or said the circumstances that led to his death but they have said the existence of "unusual situations" in the case. "He is known throughout South Florida, however, due to being a credible investigation and the proper notification to family members, we're not releasing the name at the moment," said Captain Megan Jones of the Hallandale Beach Police Department. NBC 6 was told by residents that there was no one living near the location at which the body was located for several months. The police are continuing to probe following the death of musician SpotemGottem, who was killed while driving down I-95 and was later shot. According to the manager of the rapper - his real name is Nehemiah Hrden - the hip-hop artist was shot twice in the legs.
